Direct Lending does not offer financing on pre-owned manufactured homes that are or will be used for business purposes by a sole proprietor or business entity. In addition, Direct Lending does not offer financing for HUD-owned homes, bank-owned properties, and manufactured homes that are or will be placed in a retail or commercial location. A business entity is typically a corporation or LLC.
