How do I update my homeowners policy information?

There are a few ways to update your insurance policy information.

First, if you do not have access to login to your account on our website, you can update your insurance information by mail or fax. See “Who monitors Vanderbilt loans to ensure required homeowners insurance is in place?”

Please have the following information available:

  • Name and Address of Insurance Company
  • Policy number
  • Effective and expiration dates
  • Premium amount
  • Deductible
  • Coverage Amounts

Second, if you have access to login to your account on our website, you can submit your updated homeowners insurance information and we will do the leg work for you! Login and select “Insurance” from the left-hand menu. Click the “Update” button. Fill in the requested information. Click “Submit” and we’ll take care of the rest. Once we verify your policy information and update your account, you will see your new policy information next time you log in to your account.
