*$0 Down Land-in-Lieu—No Minimum Land Value (the “Program”). Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc. (“Vanderbilt”) Portfolio loans only. Program cannot be retroactively applied or combined with any other offer, except Vanderbilt’s “No payments for 60 days” program (subject to its terms and conditions). Vanderbilt reserves the right to cancel the Program at any time. Other terms and conditions may apply.
