Pay Automatically*

Sign-up for Monthly Auto Draft. It's safe, secure, easy, fast, flexible and free. Vanderbilt will draft your mortgage payment from your checking or savings account each month when the payments are due -- no need to write a check or send a payment. It's all done for you.

Pay by Phone or Web*

Sick of writing checks and buying stamps? You now have two new ways to pay: Phone and Web.  All you need is your checkbook, loan number and the last four digits of the primary borrower's Social Security Number.

Your payment will be posted the same day if you call us at 1-800-970-7250 or make a free payment online before 6:00 pm ET.  Requests made after 6:00 pm ET, on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Pay by Check or Money Order

If you mail a check or money order for your monthly mortgage payment, please allow sufficient time for payments to reach our payment processing centers.  When sending your payment, please remember to include your monthly payment coupon and write your loan number on your check to ensure proper posting.
