Online Payments
On Saturday, May 17, 2008, the e-Payment Service will undergo routine system maintenance resulting in a temporary service outage.
This outage is scheduled to begin at 10:30 p.m. CT on Saturday, May 17th and conclude no later than 2:00 a.m. CT on Sunday, May 18, 2008.
During these times the following e-Payment Service payment and/or reporting channels will not be available to you.
The Vanderbilt e-Payment system requires a user ID and password.
- FREE, secure online e-Pay service.
- The User ID will be your six-digit loan number.
Please note:
If your loan number begins with one zero, do not enter the zero when
prompted to enter your loan number on the login screen.
Example: Loan Number 0123456 will be 123456
- The password is the last four digits of the primary borrower's social security number.
